Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is the Qatari Minister of Culture. He was appointed as minister on 19 October 2021. Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani (; born 1968) is a Qatari politician who has served as Prime Minister of Qatar from 28 January 2020 to 7 March 2023 and Minister of the Interior since 28 January 2020. Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani (; born 3 June 1980) is Emir of Qatar, reigning since 2013. Tamim is the fourth son of former emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, born to his second spouse, Moza bint Nasser, Moza bint Nassir. He became heir apparent in 2003 when his older brother Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani (born 1978), Jassim renounced his claim to the throne. Sheikh ( , , , , ''shuyūkh'' ) is an honorific title in the Arabic language, literally meaning "elder (administrative title), elder". It commonly designates a tribal chief or a Muslim ulama, scholar. The Amiri Diwan of the State of Qatar is the sovereign body and the administrative office and official workplace of the Amir of the State of Qatar. The Amiri Diwan represents the figurative and bureaucratic center of Qatar. The building also hosts the office of Qatar's Deputy Amir and the Prime Minister.
