Abd al-Malik Muhammad Yusuf Uthman Abd Al Salam (also known as Umar al-Qatari and Umar Al-Tayyer; ar, عبد المالك محمد يوسف عثمان عبد السلام) is a jihadist of Palestinian Jordanian origin, who also holds a Qatari national ID.
