Aakarshi Kashyap
Aakarshi Kashyap (born 24 August 2001) is an Indian badminton player. She was selected to be part of the Indian team at the 2018 Asian Games. She was part of the national women's team that won the gold medal in 2019 South Asian Games. Early life, training and domestic results Early life and training Aakarshi Kashyap was born on 24 August 2001 in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, to Sanjeev Kashyap, a general physician (mbbs doctor), and Amita Kashyap. She has a younger brother named Shreyash. Aakarshi studied in Delhi Public School, Durg. Her father encouraged her to improve her fitness and physical training. She studied for a BA at Seth Sugan Chand Surana College, Durg. Aakarshi started playing badminton in 2009 under Coach Sanjay Mishra at Ravi Shankar Stadium in Durg. Durg, Chhattisgarh
Durg is a city in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh, east of the Shivnath River and is part of the Durg-Bhilai urban agglomeration. OGQ is a program of the Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games, a non profit (Section 8) company, which sponsors Indian Olympic athletes and Paralympic/ Disabled athletes. The 2022 Thomas & Uber Cup (officially known as the TotalEnergies BWF Thomas & Uber Cup Finals 2022 for sponsorship reasons) was the 32nd edition of the Thomas Cup and the 29th edition of the Uber Cup, the biennial international badminton championship contested by the men and women's national teams of the member associations of Badminton World Federation (BWF). Ashmita Chaliha
Ashmita Chaliha (born 18 October 1999) is an Indian badminton player. Born and brought up in Guwahati, she began playing badminton at the age of seven, and trained at the Assam Badminton Academy under Indonesian coach Edwin Iriawan and India's Suranjan Bhobora, she was also coached by Pullela Gopichand for the Asian Games. Chaliha was also a part of the national junior team that competed at the 2017 World and Asian Junior Championships. She has been selected to be part of the Indian team for the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia. Shuttler
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Gayatri Gopichand Pullela (born 4 March 2003) is an Indian badminton player and a member of the national team. She is the daughter of former shuttlers P. V. V. Lakshmi and Pullela Gopichand. Saina Nehwal
Saina Nehwal (; born 17 March 1990) is an Indian badminton player. A former world no. 1, she has won 24 international titles, which includes ten Superseries titles.
