Dig That Groove Baby
''Dig That Groove Baby'' is the first full-length album by the Punk band Toy Dolls, released in 1983. It is considered by many fans to be the best work by the band and contains future live staples such as "Nellie the Elephant" and "Fiery Jack". The song "Dig That Groove Baby" is included in the 2002 video game ''Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4''. Recording The album was recorded in February 1983 at Guardian Studios, which were located in a terraced house in the village of Pity Me in County Durham.Liner notes. The album only took three days to record and mix, which left no time to fix any mistakes. The rushed production also meant that Happy Bob recorded his drum parts while on a lunch break from a local hospital that he worked at. AllMusic (previously known as All-Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. ''Razzmatazz'' was a music-based children's television programme that ran on ITV between 2 June 1981 and 2 January 1987. ''Razzmatazz'' was produced by Tyne Tees Television for Children's ITV and featured presenters Alastair Pirrie and Lyn Spencer. Later presenters included Brendan Healy, Suzanne Dando and singer Lisa Stansfield, who joined the show when she was 16. The show featured the latest pop acts performing their current single, interspersed with games and other items such as cooking. The show was recorded in Newcastle with the audience largely made up of pupils from nearby schools. Wipe Out (instrumental)
"Wipe Out" is a surf rock instrumental composed by Bob Berryhill, Pat Connolly, Jim Fuller and Ron Wilson. Composed in the form of twelve-bar blues, the tune was first performed and recorded by the Surfaris, who became famous with the single in 1963. The single was first issued on the independent labels DFS (#11/12) in January 1963 and Princess (#50) in February and finally picked up for national distribution on Dot as 45-16479 in April. Dot reissued the single in April 1965 as 45-144. The song—both the Surfaris' version as well as cover versions—has been featured in over 20 films and television series since 1964, appearing at least once a decade. A " wipe out" is a fall from a surfboard, especially one that looks painful.
