A Big Splash
''Seabound'' is the fourteenth and penultimate season of the animated ''Ninjago'' television series (titled ''Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu'' before the eleventh season). The series was created by Michael Hegner and Tommy Andreasen. The season aired in April 2021, following '' The Island'', which aired in March of the same year. It is followed by the fifteenth and final season, '' Crystalized''. The season focuses on the main ninja character Nya. It follows the storyline of her elemental powers being disrupted and how this is connected to an ancient mythical creature. The plot involves the ninja characters Jay, Zane, PIXAL, and Lloyd journeying deep beneath the sea to explore the mystery behind Nya's elemental powers . The season introduces two antagonists named Miss Demeanor and Prince Kalmaar, with the latter being the season's main antagonist. Alan Marriott (born July 19, 1971) is a Canadian voice actor, voice teacher and dialect coach. Marriott moved to Vancouver, British Columbia to attend the Studio 58 acting school. He left Studio 58 to join the first season of Salmon Arm Summer Stock Youth Theatre (SASSY) and did two seasons with the company.
