Aura (paranormal)
According to spiritual beliefs, an aura or energy field is a colored emanation said to enclose a human body or any animal or object. In some esoteric positions, the aura is described as a subtle body. Psychics and holistic medicine practitioners often claim to have the ability to see the size, color and type of vibration of an aura. In spiritual alternative medicine, the human-being aura is seen as part of a hidden anatomy that reflects the state of being and health of a client, often understood to even comprise centers of vital force called chakras. Such claims are not supported by scientific evidence and are thus considered pseudoscience. When tested under scientific controlled experiments, the ability to see auras has not been proven to exist. The Aura () is a tributary of the Sinn River in Bavaria, Germany. Name The name Aura originates from the Old High German ''Uraha''. Jamie Lou Stenzel (born 15 May 2002), known professionally as Au/Ra, is a German singer and songwriter. She released her first single "Concrete Jungle" in 2016, which quickly gained 15 million streams worldwide. Aura Twarowska (born 21 November 1967 as Aurora Eleonora Avram in Lugoj, Romania) is a Romanian mezzo-soprano. She was soloist of the Romanian Opera in Timișoara (1997–2010) and at the Vienna State Opera (2007–2016). Aura Salla (born 13 June 1984) is a Finnish politician and a Member of the European Parliament. Early life Salla obtained a master's degree in political science from the University of Turku in 2011, followed by a PhD in 2021; the title of her thesis was ''The Euro Crisis 2010–2014: The Changing Role of the European Commission''. Aura Rostand
Aura Rostand was the pen name for Nicaraguan poet Maria de la Selva (1899–1957). She was the sister of poet Salomón de la Selva and artist Roberto de la Selva. Rostand, a trained teacher, published her first poem aged eighteen. She travelled throughout Latin America and the United States while publishing poetry. Rostand also wrote journalistic works for Mexican and Costa Rican publications. In 1927, she was appointed Nicaraguan counsel to Detroit, Michigan. She was the first Nicaraguan women to hold a diplomatic position. She held that post until 1929. While in Detroit Rostand had a miscarriage and her brother, Salomón, gave birth to a son called Salomoncito. Auroora Maria ('Aura') Kiiskinen (March 9, 1878 – December 12, 1968) was a Finnish politician and member of parliament. She was first elected from the Kuopio West electoral district (now Northern Savonia) in the 1908 election, serving until 1911, and was later re-elected from the Uusimaa district from 1914 until 1918, both times representing the Social Democratic Party (SDP). Kiiskinen was born in Kuopion maalaiskunta, Grand Duchy of Finland, in 1878. She completed primary school, and trained as a seamstress.
