ANFA National League Cup
The ANFA National League Cup or Nepal National League Cup is a knockout association football competition in men's domestic Nepalese football. It is organised by the All Nepal Football Association, and serves as a qualification tournament for the Asian Cup Winners' Cup. After the 1999 edition, the National League Cup was postponed indefinitely. Since then, the Khukuri Gold Cup attempted to revive the format, with the 2004 season seeing 425 clubs participating in the cup tournament. Nepal (; ne, नेपाल ), formerly the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal ( ne, सङ्घीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र नेपाल ), is a landlocked country in South Asia. 1999 ANFA League Cup
The 1999 ANFA National League Cup was a domestic cup association football competition organised by the All Nepal Football Association. It was held on 20 November to 30 November 1999, and was called the 1999 ANFA Coca-Cola National League Cup for sponsorship reasons. The winners of the ANFA League Cup qualify for the 1998–99 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. First round proper Champion of each district advances to second round. Mahendra Police Club
Nepal Police Club (formerly known as Mahendra Police Club) is a sports club owned and managed by Nepal Police. The club competes in the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League, the top flight of Nepali club football. History Established in 1952 and named after King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, ''Mahendra Police Club'' has been part of the new Nepal League since its inception in 2003. Nepal Army Club, also known as Tribhuwan Army Club, is the departmental Army sporting club of Nepal and is based in Kathmandu. All Nepal Football Association
The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) (Nepali: अखिल नेपाल फुटबल संघ (एन्फा)) is the governing body of football in Nepal. It is responsible for the national team as well as club competitions. The organisation was founded in 1951 as the All Nepal Football Association and became affiliated with FIFA in 1972. The current President of ANFA is Pankaj Bikram Nembang. Its current headquarters is located in the ANFA House in ANFA Complex, Satdobato. History Pre-ANFA (1921–1950) The entry and initial start-up of football came in Nepal during the Rana regime in 1921. New Road Team
New Road Team ( ne, न्यु रोड टिम; better known by its abbreviation NRT) is a Nepalese multi-sports club, widely known for its football achievements. The club is based in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. They compete in the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League. History NRT was established in 1991 BS (1934 AD). Besides sports, the club was also active in mobilizing youth against the autocratic Rana regime. NRT is the oldest existing club in the Nepal. For the season of 2013–2014 club decided not to participate in league and other domestic competitions. NRT were automatically demoted 'B' Division for not registering their team at ANFA for league season.
