AMA Studios
Advanced Mobile Applications, also known as AMA Studios or simply AMA, is an international developer and publisher of games and applications for phones, tablets, interactive TVs and connected objects founded in 2004 by Christian Guillemot. It is a sister company of Ubisoft and Gameloft. Since 2017, the studio is called ''Playwing''. History The company was founded on 21 January 2004 in London by Christian Guillemot. In 2005 AMA released its first JAVA products, mainly life-style applications. Between 2006 and 2008, AMA negotiated contracts with carriers in more than 40 countries. Smartglasses or smart glasses are eye or head-worn wearable computers that offer useful capabilities to the user. Babel Rising
''Babel Rising'' is a video game developed by Mando Productions and produced by Michel Bams and Olivier Fontenay. An arcade game with short levels, the 2D version of the game was first published in 2009 and in 3D in 2012. Babel Rising 3D was published with Xbox achievements for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 in October 2013. The storyline is based on the legend of the Tower of Babel, where God unleashes his wrath and powers against pagans who endeavor to build a tower to reach him. Akinator
''Akinator'' is a video game developed by French company Elokence. During gameplay, it attempts to determine what fictional or real-life character, object, or animal the player is thinking of by asking a series of questions (similar to the game '' Twenty Questions''). It uses an artificial intelligence program that learns the best questions to ask through its experience with players. Gameplay Before beginning the questionnaire, the players must think of a character, object, or animal. Akinator initiates a series of questions, with "Yes", "No", "Probably", "Probably not" and "Don't know" as possible answers, to narrow down the potential item. If the answer is narrowed down to a single likely option before 25 questions are asked, the program will automatically ask whether the item it chose is correct. Fighters Uncaged
''Fighters Uncaged'' is a fighting video game for the Xbox 360 Kinect system. It was developed by AMA Studios and published by Ubisoft in November 2010. ''Fighters Uncaged'' was one of the first twelve games released for the Kinect. The game has the player control Simon, a man who is attempting to win an illegal fighting tournament to help get his father out of trouble with a crime lord. It has one game mode and features many different fighting moves and different settings and opponents. Simon is able to go up in leagues by obtaining certain numbers of points, which in turn unlock more scenarios and opponents. Following its release, Zuffa filed a lawsuit against Ubisoft for the usage of a trademarked term. ''Fighters Uncaged'' received poor reviews from critics, with many criticizing the tutorial and visuals, and citing its motion control system as the biggest issue they had with the game, which many considered to be broken.
