AJ Dybantsa
Anicet “AJ” Dybantsa Jr. (born January 29, 2007) is an American high school basketball player for Utah Prep. He is rated as the number one player in the 2025 class after reclassifying from the 2026 class. Early life and high school career Dybantsa grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts and initially attended Saint Sebastian's School. Dybantsa is of Congolese and Jamaican origin. His father grew up in Grigny, France. He has stated that his 8th grade religious studies teacher, Mr. Lewin, has been a mentor for him. He was named the Massachusetts Boys' Basketball Gatorade Player of the Year following his freshman season after averaging 19.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.5 blocks per game. The small forward (SF), also known as the three, is one of the five Basketball position, positions in a regulation basketball game. Reclassification (education)
In education in the United States, reclassification or reclassing is the assignment of a student's high school (secondary school) graduation class to either a year earlier or later than their original. For youth sports, young athletes, graduating a year earlier frees them to start their college sports career, with the hope of playing professionally sooner. On the other hand, an athlete repeating a Educational stage, grade and delaying graduation is allowed an extra year to mature. In most cases, a student who reclassified to graduate earlier also previously repeated a grade. Graduating later Athletes may reclassify to a later year, repeating a grade in high school or middle school to gain an extra year to grow taller and stronger while developing academically and athletically. The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is an amateur sports organization based in the United States. Nike Elite Youth Basketball League
The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League, also known as Nike EYBL, or simply EYBL, is a basketball circuit for teams of players aged 17 and under. The circuit was founded in 2010 and is composed of AAU travel teams. Both boys and girls play in the EYBL in their respective categories. The EYBL is considered one of the top youth basketball circuits in the United States, and includes one Canadian team. Tyran Stokes
Tyran Stokes (born October 12, 2007) is an American basketball player who currently attends Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. He is a consensus five-star recruit and the top ranked player in the 2026 class. Early life and high school career Stokes began playing basketball competitively as a first grader in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. At the age of nine, he moved to San Diego and then the Atlanta area before settling in Napa, California. As an eighth grader in 2022, Stokes played in the Nike Peach Jam under-16 category for Team WhyNot. Stokes enrolled at Prolific Prep ahead of his freshman season.
