AH-Software
AH-Software is the software brand of AHS Co., Ltd. (original full name: Artist House Solutions Co., Ltd.), an importer of digital audio workstations and encoders in Tokyo, Japan. It is also known as the developer of Voiceroid and a number of Vocaloid voicebanks. Products and services Vocaloid Products AHS released their first Vocaloids on December 4, 2009, named SF-A2 Miki, Kaai Yuki, and Hiyama Kiyoteru. Kaai Yuki became the first Vocaloid to use a child's voice. AHS also published a ''Hello Kitty''-based Vocaloid, Nekomura Iroha, based on the Kittyler featured in the game ''Hello Kitty to Issho! Block Crash 123!!'' in cooperation with Sanrio. AHS are also heading the first project led by producers working with the software. Vocaloid
is a singing Speech synthesis, voice synthesizer software product. Its signal processing part was developed through a joint research project between Yamaha Corporation and the Music Technology Group at Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. The software was ultimately developed into the commercial product "Vocaloid" that was released in 2004. The software enables users to synthesize "singing" by typing in lyrics and melody and also "speech" by typing in the script of the required words. It uses synthesizing technology with specially recorded vocals of voice actors or singers. To create a song, the user must input the melody and lyrics. A piano roll type interface is used to input the melody and the lyrics can be entered on each note. The software can change the stress of the pronunciations, add effects such as vibrato, or change the dynamics and tone of the voice. Voiceroid
Voiceroid is a speech synthesizer application developed by AH-Software and is designed for speech. It is only available in the Japanese language. Its name comes from the singing software Vocaloid, for which AH-Software also develops voicebanks. Both AH-Software's first Vocaloids and Voiceroids went on sale on December 4, 2009. It differs from regular text-to-speech programs in that it gives users more control over settings like tempo, pitch, and intonation. Overview Voiceroid uses an engine called ''AITalk'' developed by AI Inc. The user is able to adjust the tempo, pitch, and intonation to make the program sound more natural. The original two products, Tsukuyomi Shouta and Tsukuyomi Ai, were packaged with the animating software, Crazy Talk SE. Hiyama Kiyoteru
is a masculine vocaloid character produced by AH-Software Co. Ltd and released originally for Vocaloid 2 Vocaloid 2 is a singing voice synthesizer and the successor to the Vocaloid voice synthesizer application by Yamaha. Kaai Yuki
is a child vocaloid character produced by AH-Software Co. Ltd and released originally for Vocaloid 2. Development Her voice is taken from recordings of an actual elementary school student, though the student is unknown. AH-Software also announced that they would be selling their vocals in Germany and Spain, with Yuki being destined to be the first sold there. Additional software Silhouettes of the AH-Software VOCALOIDs were revealed on a poster on November 6, 2014, but it was unconfirmed what they were for at the time. On November 20, it was confirmed in the livestream for Vocaloid 4 that they all, with the exception of Tohoku Zunko, would receive Vocaloid 4 updates. Kotonoha Akane/Aoi
are a pair of Japanese VOICEROID+ voicebanks released 25 April 2014. They were produced by AI, Inc. using and distributed by AH-Software, with voiced by Yui Sakakibara. Development Text-to-speech Kotonoha Akane & Kotonoha Aoi's VOICEROID+ voicebank was distributed by AH-Software and released on 25 April 2014. The VOICEROID2 voicebank released on 9 June 2017, added a Voice Style feature. Yuzuki Yukari
, sometimes referred to as Yukari Yuzuki, is a Vocaloid character produced by Vocalomakets and distributed by AH-Software. She is also voiced by Chihiro Ishiguro. SF-A2 Miki
is a female Vocaloid character produced by AH-Software Co. Ltd for Vocaloid 2. Her voice is sampled from the Japanese female singer-songwriter, Miki Furukawa. Development SF-A2 was released on the same day as Kaai Yuki and Hiyama Kiyoteru as the 3rd Ah Software Vocaloid. SF-A2 miki's direction is very different from Kaai Yuki and Hiyama Kiyoteru as she was a professional vocal artist. Much of her planning and development was handled by HEARTFAST.
