ADO Den Haag (women)
ADO Den Haag Vrouwen is a Dutch football club based in The Hague representing ADO Den Haag in the Vrouwen Eredivisie, the top women's football league in the Netherlands. Founded in 2007, the club is a founding member of the league. It is one of only three clubs to play in every season of the top Dutch league and the short-lived BeNe League, along with FC Twente and sc Heerenveen. In 2012, ADO won its first and only national championship. They also achieved the double, winning the KNVB Women's Cup. Since that season, the club has been consistently mid-table, finishing in 4th, 5th, or 6th place in every season and not qualifying for European tournaments. The team has had more success in the Women's Cup, winning in 2013 and 2016, reaching the finals in 2021, and playing in the semi-finals four times in club history. Bingoal Stadion
The Bingoal Stadion is a multi-use stadium in The Hague, Netherlands, designed by Zwarts & Jansma Architects. Completed in 2007, the stadium is used mostly for football and field hockey. It is the home stadium of ADO Den Haag and ADO Den Haag Vrouwen. It has a capacity of 15,000 people, and replaced ADO's former stadium Zuiderpark, which was considerably smaller. Due to UEFA's sponsorship regulations, the stadium is named ADO Den Haag Stadium for European matches. Despite being in the third largest cities in the Netherlands, the club's attendances have been traditionally smaller than those of their rivals Ajax, Feyenoord, and PSV Eindhoven. The stadium was the venue for the 2014 Hockey World Cup. For the last five months of 2019, it also served as the home of AZ Alkmaar, whose AFAS Stadion underwent renovations after a roof collapse. Victoria Pelova (; born 3 June 1999) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Women's Super League club Arsenal and the Netherlands national team. Club career Pelova started playing football for boys' youth teams in her birthplace Delft with DSV Concordia and was signed by Dutch Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag for the 2016–17 season. Lineth Enid Fabienne Beerensteyn (born 11 October 1996) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a forward for Frauen-Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg and the Netherlands national team. The 2014–15 BeNe League was the third and last season of the Belgium and Netherlands' women's football top level league. The defending champion was FC Twente. The season started on 29 August 2014 and was played in a single division. The season finished on 8 May 2015. Following this season, Belgium and the Netherlands both returned to having their own top-level domestic league. The 2012–13 season of the Women's BeNe League was the first season of the Belgium and the Netherlands' women's football top level league. Since this was the first season, the league had no reigning champion, although both countries had reigning champions from their former top leagues—Standard Liège in Belgium and ADO Den Haag in the Netherlands. Tessel Tina Middag (; born 23 December 1992) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a midfielder for Wellington Phoenix in the A-League Women and the Dutch national team, representing the country at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup.
