Asociación Deportiva Intipucá Fútbol Clube is a Salvadoran professional football club based in Intipucá, El Salvador and founded in 1970. History Founded in 1970, ADI F.C.'s name was recommended by Enrique Villatoro, who served as secretary of the local Intipucá magistrate. The founding members were brothers Israel and Rigoberto Marquez, Leonel Salinas, and other leading local personalities. The team began in the third tier, now called the Amateur League, and relied on talented players from nearby villages and districts. They reached League B (now Tercera Division de Fútbol Salvadoreño), and remained there for almost a decade. However, the armed conflict in the country led to the disappearance of the team in 1979. In 1986, the club resurfaced with new leaders, including the current club president Edwin Hernandez as well as Alfredo Zelaya, Rene Berrios, and others. The Segunda División de El Salvador (Second Division of El Salvador) is the second tier of football in El Salvador governed by the Federación Salvadoreña de Fútbol (FESFUT). Teams contest to promote to the Primera División. The winning sides of the annual Apertura and Clausura contest each other, the winner directly promotes to Primera División. Tercera Division De Fútbol Salvadoreño
Tercera Division de Fútbol Salvadoreño is the third division of football in El Salvador. The champion is promoted to the Segunda División de El Salvador. The team with the lowest points in each group will be demoted to the amateur league. Structure There are 24 clubs in Tercera Division divided into 4 groups of 10. They play in Apertura and Clausura. The clubs plays every team in each group twice. The top four teams from each group, 16 teams in total, qualify for play-offs to determine the winner of the apertura and clausura title. Luis Ramírez Zapata
Luis Baltazar Ramírez Zapata (born 6 January 1954) is a retired Salvadoran footballer. Club career Nicknamed ''El Pelé'', he spent nearly 20 years playing for Salvadoran club Águila. He started with Águila, after being recommended by Brazilian technical director Arnaldo Da Silva, under the legendary Juan Francisco Barraza before leaving to join other clubs and later in his career make a return to the San Miguel based club. He also would go on to play for Atlético Marte and Alianza in his homeland El Salvador and spent time abroad playing for Cartaginés in Costa Rica, scoring 11 goals, and Puebla in Mexico.
