ABA League Second Division
The ABA League Second Division, also ABA League 2, is the 2nd-tier men's basketball division of the ABA League system. It is run by the ABA League JTD. It is a regional competition between men's professional clubs from six countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia. Based on the results in the national championships and by taking into account which clubs have sent applications for participation in the ABA League Second Division, these teams will play in the inaugural season of the ABA League Second Division. Goran Jagodnik
Goran Jagodnik (born 23 May 1974) is a Slovenian former professional basketball player. Professional career During his journeyman career, Jagodnik played for numerous clubs in several countries, most notably with Polish team Prokom Trefl Sopot (four seasons) and Serbian team Hemofarm (two seasons). In his homeland, Jagodnik played with Hopsi Polzela and Union Olimpija. On 3 March 2015, Union Olimpija announced that he had joined the club for training sessions, with an option of signing a deal until the rest of the season. Two days after that, he was added to the team's Adriatic League roster. Slovenian national team Jagodnik was a long-time member of the Slovenian national team, making his debut at EuroBasket 1997. MZT Skopje Aerodrom () is a basketball club based in Skopje, North Macedonia, North Macedonia. The club competes in the Macedonian First League (basketball), Macedonian League and ABA League. 2018–19 ABA League Second Division
The 2018–19 ABA League Second Division was the 2nd season of the ABA Second Division with 12 teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia participating in it. Format changes On March 13, 2018, the Adriatic League Assembly decided to abolish the National standings and, as of the 2018–19 season, participants are determined only based on the results in the competitions under the umbrella of the Adriatic League ( First Division and Second Division). According to that, the promotion to the First Division is possible only from the Second Division. The last placed of the 2017–18 First Division season lose the right to participate in the 2018–19 season and its place is given to the 2017–18 Champion of the Second Division. Košarkarski klub Koper Primorska (), commonly referred to as KK Koper Primorska, was a men's professional basketball club based in Koper, Slovenia.
