Buncombe County Schools (BCS) is the public school system overseeing education in Buncombe County, North Carolina, including parts of Asheville, North Carolina. Rico Sharod Dowdle Jr. (born June 14, 1998) is an American professional football running back for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL).
