"8AM" is the second maxi-single by Japanese rock band Coldrain, it was released on April 8, 2009. "8AM" was used as the ending theme for the anime '' Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger.'' "8AM" was the only song on the maxi-single to be remastered on the band's debut album, '' Final Destination''. It also contains an unplugged version of their debut single, "Fiction". In 2024, the song was remastered and re-released as part of '' Final Destination (XV Re:Recorded)'', which was re-recorded for the album's fifteenth anniversary. Although the band is Japanese, all of their songs are written in English. Since its formation in 2007, the band retained the same lineup with no member changes.
