3F Racing
3F Racing is a German stock car racing team that will debut in NASCAR starting in 2024. They field the No. 30 Chevrolet Camaro full-time for Ryan Vargas in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. They also plan to compete part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, fielding the No. 30 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. The team was founded by the German entrepreneur Dennis Hirtz (former Marketing Director of Phoenix Racing and two other friends, who have since left the project. The team is now managed by Hirtz and his Marketing Director Paul Wiedeler. 3F Racing will also have a technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing and have their shop on RCR's campus in Welcome, North Carolina. The Bank of America Roval 400 is a NASCAR Cup Series race that is held annually at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, United States, with the other one being the Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend, the race. As of the 2018 season, the event is run as a 400 kilometer (248.5 mi) race using the infield road course configuration the track calls " The Roval"; previously, the race was run at a distance of 500 miles using the regular oval. The Circuit Zolder, also known as Circuit Terlamen, is an undulating motorsport race track in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. History Built in 1963, Zolder hosted the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix on 10 separate occasions in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the 1980 Belgian motorcycle Grand Prix. F1 moved to Zolder in 1973 and with the exception of a race at Nivelles-Baulers in 1974, Zolder was the location of the Belgian Grand Prix until 1982. That year, Canadian driver Gilles Villeneuve was killed during qualifying at the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix. Villeneuve's Ferrari 126C2 collided at speed with the March 821 of Jochen Mass. Earl Anderson Bamber (born 9 July 1990) is a professional racing driver from New Zealand, currently competing as a factory driver for Porsche Motorsport in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTLM class.
