2preciious was a Canadian alternative rock band featuring Lee Aaron. Biography In 1994, Aaron was attempting to move on from her "Metal Queen" image and met with Don Short and Don Binns of the band Sons of Freedom, who participated in the recording of Aaron's 1994 album '' Emotional Rain''. They were then joined by Sons of Freedom guitarist Don Harrison in recording the new songs "Strange Alice" and "Concrete & Ice", which were added as bonus tracks to the European edition of ''Emotional Rain''. In November 1995, the four musicians began recording a new album under the band name 2preciious. Aaron's contributions were under her real name, Karen Greening."Former Lee Aaron emerges as Karen". Lee Aaron
Lee Aaron (born Karen Lynn Greening; July 21, 1962) is a Canadian rock singer. She had several hits in the 1980s and early 1990s, such as "Metal Queen", "Whatcha Do to My Body", and "Sex with Love". Early life Aaron was born as Karen Lynn Greening in Belleville, Ontario, and began singing in school musicals at the age of five. She attended high school in Brampton, Ontario. At age seventeen, Aaron was in a car accident. No surgery was required, but she did suffer a broken nose and badly bruised her face. However, years later ''Canadian Musician Magazine'' mistakenly embellished the incident into Aaron requiring complete facial reconstruction. The magazine printed a retraction in the following month's issue. Career After singing in a music production when she was fifteen years old, she was asked to join a local rock group called "Lee Aaron". Jakalope is a Canadian Indie pop/ rock group, formed in 2003 and named for the mythical creature of the jackalope, and started by noted Canadian industrial musician and producer Dave "Rave" Ogilvie, most famous for his studio work with such acts as Skinny Puppy, David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, and Marilyn Manson.
