RedOne Records is an international record label founded by Moroccan-Swedish record producer RedOne in 2014. He is the label's main producer. In 2010, RedOne had established 2101 Records. Previously an imprint under Republic Records, RedOne distributes music under Capitol Music Group. Island Records is a multinational record label owned by Universal Music Group. It was founded in Jamaica by Chris Blackwell, Graeme Goodall, and Leslie Kong in 1959, and was eventually sold to PolyGram in 1989. It was released in December 2012 as her fourth single overall, the second from her '' When the Lights Go Out'' EP. The song peaked at number one on the US Hot Dance Club Songs chart, and at number 18 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart. A distribution deal (also known as distribution contract or distribution agreement) is a legal agreement between one party and another, to handle distribution of a product. There are various forms of distribution deals. There are exclusive and non-exclusive distribution agreements. In an exclusive distribution agreement, there is only one distributor or distribution agent. The product supplier is excluded from having any other distributors. Thus the product supplier is limited to the performance of that distributor. If the distributor does not sell product, then no product will be sold.
