2025 Torneo Apertura Final
The 2025 Torneo Apertura final was the last match of the 2025 Torneo Apertura of the 2025 Argentine Primera División. It was held at the Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades in Santiago del Estero on 1 June 2025, between Platense and Huracán. Huracán were seeking their sixth league title, with their last championship won in 1973. On the other hand, Platense had never been crowned Primera División champions. Nicolás RamÃrez was initially scheduled to referee the final, but he suffered a muscle injury in his left leg a few days beforehand. 2025 Argentine Primera División
The 2025 Argentine Primera División - Liga Profesional is the 135th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The league season began on 23 January and will end on 14 December 2025. Thirty teams compete in the league: twenty-eight returning from the 2024 season as well as two promoted teams from the 2024 Primera Nacional ( Aldosivi and San MartÃn (SJ)). Vélez Sarsfield were the defending champions, having won the 2024 Argentine Primera División tournament.
