2025 Supercopa Do Brasil
The 2025 Supercopa do Brasil was the eighth edition of Supercopa do Brasil (also known as Supercopa Rei), an annual football match played between the champions of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and Copa do Brasil. This edition featured Botafogo, champions of the 2024 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, and Flamengo Clube de Regatas do Flamengo (; ), more commonly referred to as simply Flamengo, is a Brazilian multi sports club based in Rio de Janeiro, in the neighborhood of Gávea. It was founded and named after the Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro, Flamengo n ..., champions of the 2024 Copa do Brasil, the first ''Clássico da Rivalidade'' in this competition. On 8 March 2024, the CBF announced that the tournament would take place on 2 February 2025, at Mangueirão in Belém. Flamengo defeated Botafogo by a score of 3–1 to win their third Supercopa title. 2023 Supercopa Do Brasil
The 2023 Supercopa do Brasil (officially the Supercopa Betano do Brasil 2023 for sponsorship reasons) was the sixth edition of Supercopa do Brasil, an annual football match played between the champions of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and Copa do Brasil. The match was played on 28 January 2023 between Palmeiras and Flamengo, who qualified after winning the 2022 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and the 2022 Copa do Brasil, respectively. On 11 January 2023, the CBF announced that the match would be hosted at Arena BRB Mané Garrincha in Brasília. Palmeiras won the match 4–3 to claim their first ever title in the tournament. Artur Victor Guimarães (born 15 February 1998), simply known as Artur, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Botafogo. Club career Palmeiras Born in Fortaleza, Ceará, Artur moved to Campo Maior, Piauí at the age of three, but returned to his hometown ten years later.
