2025 Skate Canada International
The 2025 Skate Canada International is a figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU). Organized and hosted by the Skate Canada, it is the third event of the 2025–26 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating: a senior-level international invitational competition series. It will be held at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, from October 31–November 2. Medals will be awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Skaters will also earn points toward qualifying for the 2025–26 Grand Prix Final. ISU Grand Prix Of Figure Skating
The ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating (known as ISU Champions Series from 1995 to 1997) is a series of senior international figure skating competitions organized by the International Skating Union. The invitational series was inaugurated in 1995, incorporating several previously existing events. Medals are awarded in single skating, men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The junior-level equivalent is the ISU Junior Grand Prix. Summary Competitions Currently, the sanctioned competitions for the Grand Prix are: * Skate America. A figure skating competition is a judged sports competition in figure skating. Aleksandr Selevko (born 23 May 2001) is an Estonian figure skater. He is the 2024 European Figure Skating Championships, 2024 European silver medalist, a two-time ISU Challenger Series bronze medalist, the 2019 Nordic Figure Skating Championships, Nordics bronze medalist, and a three-time Estonian Figure Skating Championships, Estonian national champion (2020–22). Roman Sadovsky (born May 31, 1999) is a Canadian figure skating, figure skater and YouTuber. He is the 2019 NHK Trophy bronze medalist, a five-time ISU Challenger Series medalist, and a two-time Canadian Figure Skating Championships, Canadian national champion (2020, 2025). Madeline Schizas (born February 14, 2003) is a Canadian figure skater. She is a two-time ISU Challenger Series bronze medalist, the 2020 International Challenge Cup bronze medalist, and a three-time Canadian Figure Skating Championships, Canadian national champion (2022–23, 2025), and represented Canada at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
