The 2025 Philippine local elections in Central Luzon are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025. Angeles City Mayor Incumbent Carmelo Lazatin Jr. (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for the House of Representatives in Pampanga's 1st legislative district. He was re-elected under Kapanalig at Kambilan ning Memalen Pampanga with 70.37% of the vote in 2022. Lazatin's half brother, representative Carmelo Lazatin II (Lakas–CMD), is running against former Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde (People's Reform Party).
