Summary Cotabato 1st district Incumbent Joel Sacdalan of the Nationalist People's Coalition ran for a third term. He was previously affiliated with PDP–Laban. Banga, officially the Municipality of Banga (; ; ; , Jawi: ايڠد نو باڠ), is a municipality in the province of South Cotabato, Philippines. The People's Champ Movement (PCM) is a political party in the Philippines, currently affiliated with the PROMDI and previously the United Nationalist Alliance. It is led by Manny Pacquiao, who founded the party, and is mainly based in General Santos and Sarangani. Steve Chiongbian Solon (born March 3, 1971) is a Filipino businessman and politician who has served as the representative for Sarangani's at-large district since 2022. He previously served as the fourth governor of Sarangani from 2013 to 2022 and as vice governor from 2007 to 2013.
