The 2025 Murcia Open, known as ATP Challenger Costa Cálida Región de Murcia, was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the 6th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2025 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Murcia, Spain, between 17 and 23 March 2025.
