2025 Indonesia Masters
The 2025 Indonesia Masters (officially known as the Daihatsu Indonesia Masters 2025 for sponsorship reasons) was a badminton tournament that took place at the Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia, from 21 to 26 January 2025 and had a total prize of US$475,000. Tournament The 2025 Indonesia Masters was the third tournament of the 2025 BWF World Tour and was part of the Indonesia Masters championships, which has been held since 2010. This tournament was organized by the Badminton Association of Indonesia with sanction from the BWF. Venue This tournament was held at the Istora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia. Istora Senayan
Gelora Bung Karno Sports Palace (, abbreviated as ''Istora''), (formerly named ''Istora Senayan'' between 1969 and 2001) is an indoor arena located in Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex, Jakarta, Indonesia. The capacity of the arena after 2018 reopening is 7,166. This arena is usually used for badminton tournaments, especially the BWF tournaments Indonesia Open (badminton), Indonesia Open since 1982 and Indonesia Masters since 2018, as well as the Indonesia men's national basketball team. The first event that held in this arena was the 1961 Thomas Cup. It was also used during the 1962 Asian Games and was renovated to host the 2018 Asian Games, 2018 edition. BWF World Tour Super 500
The BWF World Tour is a Badminton World Federation#Grade 2, Grade 2 badminton tournament series, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). It is a competition open to the top world ranked players in singles (men's and women's) and doubles (men's, women's and mixed). The competition was announced on 19 March 2017 and came into effect starting from 2018 BWF World Tour schedule, 2018, replacing the BWF Super Series, which was held from 2007 to 2017. The BWF World Tour are divided into six levels, namely World Tour Finals, Super 1000, Super 750, Super 500, and Super 300 in order (part of the HSBC World Tour). Leong Jun Hao
Leong Jun Hao ( zh, t=梁峻豪, s=, p=Liáng Jùnháo; born 13 July 1999) is a Malaysian badminton player. He was the boys' singles champion at the 2017 Asian Junior Championships. This achievement was followed by a silver medal at World Junior Championships. Personal life Leong was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur to Celine Low and Anthony Leong. He started playing badminton for fun outside his house. At the age of 9, he started playing the sport seriously under his father's tutelage. Kiran George (born 11 February 2000) is an Indian badminton player. He won the Polish International title. He also competed in the 2020 Thomas Cup and 2022 Badminton Asia Team Championships. Career 2021–22 In 2021, Kiran George's first tournament played was the Orléans Masters where lost to Brice Leverdez in the 3rd round. Jeon Hyeok-jin
Jeon Hyeok-jin (born 13 June 1995) is a Korean badminton player. Specializing in singles, he was runner-up at the 2013 Asian Junior Badminton Championships. Anthony Sinisuka Ginting
Anthony Sinisuka Ginting (; born 20 October 1996) is an Indonesian badminton player. He first rose to senior prominence when he won the bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games, having won a 2014 Youth Olympic bronze in 2014. At the 2020 Olympics, he won bronze in the men's singles event, becoming the first Youth Olympic badminton medalist to win a medal at the Olympics.
