The 2025 NFL season, 2025 season will be the Houston Texans' 24th in the National Football League (NFL), their fifth under general manager Nick Caserio and their third under List of Houston Texans head coaches, head coach DeMeco Ryans. Daniel Calhoun "Cal" McNair (born October 24, 1961) is an American businessman and sports executive. He is the principal owner, chairman, and chief executive officer of the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). Jaylin Smith (born November 5, 2003) is an American professional football cornerback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the USC Trojans and was selected by the Texans in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft.
