2025 CECAFA Women's Championship Squads
The 2025 CECAFA Women's Championship is the upcoming international women's association football tournament to be held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from 12 to 22 June 2025. Each of the five national teams participating in the tournament was required to submit a squad of at least 20 players, including two goalkeepers. Only players included in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament. In the event of a serious injury or illness prior to a team’s first match, a player could be replaced. The age listed for each player is their age as of 12 June 2025, the first day of the tournament. The club listed is the club for which the player last played a competitive match prior to the tournament. The nationality for each club reflects the national association (not the league) to which the club is affiliated. A flag is included for coaches who are of a different nationality to their team. The 2025 CECAFA Women's Championship () was the sixth edition of the CECAFA Women's Championship and the fifth to be held since the tournament's Reintroduction in 2016. It was an international Women's association football, women's football tournament contested by the women's national association football teams of East Africa, organized by the CECAFA, Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA). Tanzania hosted the tournament from 12 to 22 June 2025. Uganda women's national football team, Uganda were the defending champions, having won their first title on home soil in the 2022 CECAFA Women's Championship, last edition. The Kawempe Muslim Ladies Football Club is a Ugandan women's football club competing in the FUFA Women Super League. The club is based in the capital city of Kampala.
