2025 6 Hours Of Spa-Francorchamps
The 2025 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (formally known as the 2025 TotalEnergies 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps) was an endurance sportscar racing event, held between 8 and 10 May 2025 at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Stavelot, Belgium. It was the third of eight rounds of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship, the 59th running of the event, and the 14th running of the event as part of the World Endurance Championship. Entry list The provisional entry list was published on 25 April 2025 and consists of 36 entries across 2 categories – 18 in both Hypercar and LMGT3. In the Hypercar category, Nico Müller and Pascal Wehrlein joined the No. 5 and No. 6 Porsches, respectively, to prepare for their participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Stavelot (; ; ) is a town and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The municipality consists of the following districts: Francorchamps and Stavelot. It is best known as the home of Spa-Francorchamps Circuit and the Laetare de Stavelot carnival. Sheldon van der Linde (born 13 May 1999) is a South African motor racing driver. He has been competing in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since 2019 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, 2019, winning his maiden title in 2022 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, 2022. He is the younger brother of South African / German racing driver Kelvin van der Linde. Career Van der Linde began his motorsport career at the age of six, racing karts in his native South Africa. Finn Gehrsitz (born 25 September 2004) is a German racing driver who is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Akkodis ASP Team. Career 2020 Having been slated to make his car racing debut in the Lamera Cup at Misano in 2020, Gehrsitz instead debuted in the Porsche Super Sports Cup at the Hockenheimring owing to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the racing schedule. Signatech, currently competing as the Alpine Endurance Team, is a French auto racing team and racing car constructor that competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship. In Belgium the standard time is Central European Time (UTC+01:00). Belgium observes Summer Time (daylight saving time) from the last Sunday in March (02:00 CET) to the last Sunday in October (03:00 CEST). The transition dates are the same as for other European countries. Legal basis The current legal basis for standard time in Belgium is the law of 11 June 2018 "introducing Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) as the basis for the legal time in Belgium" (Belgian official journal, 10 September 2018).
