2025 4 Hours Of Le Castellet
The 2025 4 Hours of Le Castellet was an endurance sportscar racing event, held between 2 and 4 May 2025 at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France. It was the second of six rounds of the 2025 European Le Mans Series season, and the fourteenth consecutive running of the event as part of the championship. Entry list The provisional entry list was published on 24 April 2025 and consisted of 44 entries across 4 categories – 13 in LMP2, 8 in LMP2 Pro-Am, 10 in LMP3, and 13 in LMGT3. In the LMP2 Pro-Am class, Nicklas Nielsen replaced Alessio Rovera in the No. 83 AF Corse Oreca. Louis Stern replaced Louis Rossi in the No. 35 Ultimate Ligier in the LMP3 class. Furthermore, Sebastian Gravlund did not drive in the No. 11 EuroInternational Ligier; driving duties will be shared between Ian Aguilera and Fabien Michal. Christian Ried (born 24 February 1979) is a German former racing driver and the team principal of Proton Competition. He last competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship, racing for Iron Lynx in the #61 Mercedes-AMG GT3. Career Ried's father Gerold founded Proton Competition in 1996, the team which Christian has spent most of his career racing for, beginning with the FIA GT Championship in 1999. Davide Rigon (born 26 August 1986) is an Italian professional racing driver who is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship and other selected GT races for AF Corse. CLX Motorsport, formerly known as Cool Racing, is a French-based Swiss sports car racing team which currently competes in the European Le Mans Series, fielding entries in the LMP2 and LMP3 classes, as well as the Le Mans Cup. Founded in 2017 by Patrick Barbier and Alexandre Coigny, owner of Cool Aviation, the team initially partnered with Racing Spirit of Léman to run their operations. DKR Engineering is a Belgian-owned Luxembourgish racing team and preparation firm, which competed in the FIA GT1 World Championship. The company was founded in 2004 by Kendy Janclaes as a branch of the PSI Experience racing team from Belgium.
