2024–25 V.League 2
The 2024–25 V.League 2, known as the Gold Star V.League 2 () for sponsorship reasons, was the 31st season of V.League 2, Vietnam's second tier professional football league. The season was scheduled to began on 26 October 2024 and concluded on 21 June 2025. There was a break from 8 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 for the 2024 ASEAN Championship. Like the previous season, teams won't be allowed to register any foreign players, but will be allotted two non-naturalized Vietnamese player slots. Ninh Binh Football Club (), formely known as Phu Dong and Phu Dong Ninh Binh, is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The club currently competes at the V.League 1, the top tier of Vietnamese football after promotion from the 2024–25 V.League 2. SHB Đà Nẵng Football Club (), simply known as SHB Đà Nẵng, is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Da Nang that plays in V.League 1, the top tier in Vietnamese football, . The club was formerly known as Quang Nam-Da Nang () and won a Vietnamese National League title in 1992. In the 2007–08 season, the club was purshased by the Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), the club name was changed to SHB Da Nang. Đồng Nai Stadium () is a multi-use stadium located in Biên Hòa City, Đồng Nai Province, Vietnam. The stadium holds 30,000 people and mostly used for football (soccer), football matches.
