2024–25 Qarabağ FK Season
The 2024–25 season was Qarabağ FK's 74th year since its founding and its 33th consecutive season in Azerbaijan's premier league. The team will also compete in the Azerbaijan Cup, the UEFA Champions League, and the UEFA Europa League. Season overview On 11 June, Qarabağ announced the signing of Fabijan Buntić from Vizela on a contract until the summer of 2027. On 14 June, Qarabağ announced the return of Musa Qurbanlı from Djurgarden on a contract until the summer of 2027. Gurban Gurbanov
Gurban Osman oghlu Gurbanov (; born 13 April 1972) is an Azerbaijani football manager and former player who manages Qarabag. He played as a forward. Starting out with local club Kur in 1988, Gurbanov had a decorated 18-year career. He scored 178 goals in 399 league matches. With 14 goals in 68 matches, he is also the Azerbaijan national team's all-time leading goalscorer in international matches. From 2017 to 2018 he was the manager of the Azerbaijan national team. Gurbanov has won a total of 21 trophies, five as a player and 16 as a manager. Oleksiy Mykolayovych Kashchuk (; born 29 June 2000) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ. Career Born in Novohrad-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr Oblast, Kashchuk is a product of Shakhtar Donetsk youth sportive school system. Agrupación Deportiva Alcorcón S.A.D. is a Spanish football team based in Alcorcón, in the autonomous community of Madrid. Emmanuel Addai (born 1 August 2001) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ. Career Born in Kumasi, Addai began his career with JMG Academy in Accra before joining French side FC 93 Bobigny in August 2021.
