The 2024–25 season was the 95th season in the history of Girona Futbol Club, and the club's third consecutive season in La Liga. In addition to the domestic league, the club participated in the Copa del Rey and made a debut appearance in the UEFA Champions League, their first ever European competition participation. Girona Futbol Club, Sociedad Anónima Deportiva, S.A.D. ( ) is a Spanish professional Football team, football club based in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. Juan Carlos Martín Corral (born 20 January 1988), known as Juan Carlos (), is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Girona FC as a goalkeeper. Club career Born in Guadalajara, Castilla–La Mancha, Juan Carlos made his senior debut with CD Guadalajara in the 2004–05 season, in the Tercera División. Arthur Henrique Ramos de Oliveira Melo (born 12 August 1996), known as Arthur Melo or simply Arthur, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Serie A club Juventus.
