Eli Iserbyt (born 22 October 1997) is a Belgian cyclo-cross and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . As a junior, he won the silver medal at the 2015 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships. He won the gold medal in the men's under-23 event at the 2016 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Heusden-Zolder and took another gold in the under-23 race at the 2017 UEC European Cyclo-cross Championships in Tábor. In 2018 he won another gold medal in the men's under-23 event at the World Championships in Valkenburg. Thibau Nys
Thibau Nys (born 12 November 2002) is a Belgian cyclo-cross and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam on the road and for UCI Cyclo-cross team in cyclo-cross. Nys is the son of Sven Nys, one of the most successful cyclo-cross riders of all time. Nys has followed in his father's footsteps and has started cyclo-cross from an early age on. He has already obtained three Belgian and one European cyclo-cross title in the youth categories. On 2 February 2020, he won the men's junior title at the 2020 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships. On 11 September 2021, he added the men's U23 European Road Race Championships in Trento. As an Elite rider in the 2024/2025 season, Nys took his first European Championship and Belgium National title. Toon Aerts (born 19 October 1993 in Malle) is a Belgian professional cyclo-cross and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Aerts is a two-time winner of the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup standings ( 2018–19, 2019–20), and also won the men's elite race at the 2016 European Championships and the 2019 Belgian National Championships. His brother Thijs is also a professional cyclist. On 18 August 2023, the UCI announced that Aerts had been found guilty of a doping violation, and was banned for two years from February 2022 to February 2024. His results between January and February 2023 were also expunged. The Brussels Universities Cyclocross race, officially called Soudal Brussels Universities Cyclocross for sponsorship reasons, is a cyclo-cross race held since 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. The race is held in the adjacent campuses of the two neighboring universities namely the French-speaking Université libre de Bruxelles and the Dutch-speaking Vrije Universiteit Brussel at Eastern Ixelles. The race is part of the Cyclo-cross Trophy. During the prize ceremony the top 3 riders are awarded a graduation cap. History After the discontinuation of the cyclo-cross race Grand Prix de la Région Wallonne in 2016, the sporting event firm Golazo was allowed by UCI and Royal Belgian Cycling League to use its license to organize a new race in Wallonia or Brussels Capital Region.
