The 2024 season was the 17th season for the Indian Premier League franchise . They were one of the ten teams competed in the 2024 Indian Premier League. 2024 Indian Premier League
The 2024 Indian Premier League (also known as IPL 17 and branded as Tata IPL 2024) will be the 17th season of the Indian Premier League, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league in India, organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Chennai Super Kings are the defending champions, having won their fifth title during the 2023 Indian Premier League, previous season beating Gujarat Titans, becoming the joint-successful franchise in the history of the tournament along with Mumbai Indians. Leg spin is a type of spin bowling in cricket. A leg spinner bowls right-arm with a wrist spin action. The leg spinner's normal delivery causes the ball to spin from right to left (from the bowler's perspective) when the ball bounces on the pitch. Glenn James Maxwell (born 14 October 1988) is an Australian professional cricketer, who represents Australia national cricket team in One Day International and Twenty20 International formats of the game and has played Test cricket for Australia. 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup (earlier known as ICC World Twenty20) is the international championship of Twenty20. Organised by cricket's governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC), the tournament consists of 16 teams, comprising the top ten teams from the rankings at the given deadline and six other teams chosen through the T20 World Cup Qualifier. The event has generally been held every two years. Left-arm orthodox spin, Left-arm off spin also known as slow left-arm orthodox spin bowling, is a type of left-arm finger spin bowling in the sport of cricket.
