2024 MSG Prime Minister's Cup
The 2024 MSG Prime Minister's Cup was held from 9–21 December. The Solomon Islands hosted the competition, with matches played in Honiara at the Lawson Tama Stadium and at the National Stadium. The Solomon Islands was the defending champion after winning the 2023 edition of the tournament. Usual participants New Caledonia withdrew from the competition. Papua New Guinea won the competition for its second-ever title. Format The five competing teams faced each other once in a round-robin style tournament the winner of the group wins the 2024 MSG Prime Minister's Cup. A total of 10 matches will be played on five matchdays. Matches ''All times are local, ( UTC+11).'' Alex Saniel
Alex Saniel (born 8 November 1996) is a Vanuatuan footballer who plays as a forward for New Zealander Club Franklin United and the Vanuatu national team. Club career Saniel started his career with the Teouma Academy, the national academy of Vanuatu. After stints with Yatel and Spirit 08 he went to New Zealand to play with the Fencibles United. Thomas Dunn (born 19 January 2003) is a Fijian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Navua FC and for Fiji national football team. Setareki Waganitoga Hughes (born 8 June 1995) is a Fijian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Rewa in the National Football League. Solomon Rani

Paul Anthony Francis (born 5 September 2004) is a Solomon Islands professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Fiji Premier League club Nasinu and the Solomon Islands national team. Jean Kaltak (born 19 August 1994) is a Ni-Vanuatu international footballer who plays as forward for Vanuatu club Ifira Black Bird and the Vanuatu national team.
