2024 Korea Masters
The 2024 Korea Masters was a badminton tournament which took place at Iksan Gymnasium in Iksan, South Korea, from 5 to 10 November 2024 and had a total prize of $210,000. Tournament The 2024 Korea Masters was the thirty-fourth tournament of the 2024 BWF World Tour and also part of the Korea Masters championships, which have been held since 2007. This tournament was organized by the Badminton Korea Association with sanction from the BWF. Venue This tournament was held at Iksan Gymnasium in Iksan, South Korea. Point distribution Below is the point distribution table for each phase of the tournament based on the BWF points system for the BWF World Tour Super 300 event. Prize pool The total prize money was US$210,000 with the distribution of the prize money in accordance with BWF regulations. Iksan
Iksan (; ) is a Administrative divisions of South Korea, city and major railway junction in North Jeolla Province, South Korea. The city center and railway junction was formerly called "Iri" (), but merged with Iksan County (''Iksan-gun'') in 1995. Lee Chia-hao (; born 4 June 1999) is a Taiwanese badminton player affiliated with AP team. Career Lee was born in a badminton family. His father Lee Mou-chou is a former national champion who now works as Land Bank team head coach, and his sister Lee Chia-hsin is a member of national team. He has won several junior titles in his career, namely 2016 Australian Junior International in both singles and doubles events, Singapore Youth International, 2017 German Junior Grand Prix, and defended his boys' singles Australian title. Liu Liang (badminton)
Liu Liang (; born July 1957) is a Chinese physician and currently president of Macau University of Science and Technology. Liu is a world leading scholar in rheumatology and immunology. Biography Liu was born in Hanshou County, Hunan, in July 1957. From 1975 to 1977 he studied at Changde Health School. He earned a bachelor's degree in 1982, a master's degree in 1985, and a doctor's degree in 1990, all from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. After graduating, he taught at the university, where he was promoted to vice-president in 1997. He was a visiting scholar at Hannover Medical School and University of Erlangen–Nuremberg between 1992 and 1994.
