The 2024 Israeli Basketball League Cup, for sponsorships reasons the Winner League Cup, was the 19th edition of the pre-season tournament of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. Fourteen Israeli Premier League team's participate. The tournament has been changed and instead of the round of 16 there were be a group stage. Each group consisted of four teams. The Israeli Basketball League Cup is a pre-season professional basketball tournament that is contested between sports clubs, clubs. It has been held in Israel since 2006. It is held during the week before the start of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, Israeli Premier League season. The Israeli League Cup tournament is currently sponsored by Pais Lotto, and therefore it is officially known as the Chance Cup.
