2024 GT World Challenge Asia
The 2024 Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia Powered by AWS is the sixth season of the GT World Challenge Asia, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Asia, co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races are contested with GT3-spec cars only, as the GT4 class was dropped from the series and moved to the Japan Cup Series. The season began on 20 April at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia and is scheduled to end on 15 September at Shanghai International Circuit in China. The 2024 SRO Japan Cup is the third season of the SRO Japan Cup, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Japan, co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races are contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began on 8 June at the Sportsland SUGO in Miyagi and is scheduled to end on 25 August at Okayama International Circuit in Okayama. Starting from this season, the Japan Cup had separated from the main GTWCA race, and would run as a stand-alone race. Buriram (, , , 'city of happiness') is a town (''thesaban mueang'') in Thailand, capital of Buriram Province, about northeast of Bangkok. Okayama International Circuit (岡山国際サーキット), formerly known as TI Circuit Aida (TIサーキット英田) before 2005, is a private motorsport race track in Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Suzuka International Racing Course
The , more famously known as the , is a long motorsport race track located in Ino, Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, Japan and operated by Honda Mobilityland, a subsidiary of Honda Motor Co, Ltd.
