2024 Chennai Super Kings Season
The 2024 season was the 15th season for the Indian Premier League franchise . They were one of the ten teams competed in the 2024 Indian Premier League. They were the defending champions, having won their 5th IPL title after defeating Gujarat Titans in the rain-affected 2023 Indian Premier League final. The Chennai Super Kings drew an average home attendance of 36,442 in the IPL in 2024. Ahead of the 2024 season, MS Dhoni handed over the captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad. Sameer Rizvi
Sameer Rizvi (born 6 December 2003) is an Indian cricketer who plays for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket. He has also played age-group cricket representing India at Under-19 level. He is nicknamed the right-handed Suresh Raina on social media due to his playing style resembling that of Raina. Early life Rizvi began playing cricket at the age of eleven, and began practicing the sport at Gandhibagh Academy in Meerut, where he was coached by his maternal uncle Tankeeb Akhtar, who inspired Sameer to take up cricket seriously. Ajay Jadav Mandal (born 25 February 1996) is an Indian cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Chhattisgarh in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy on 6 October 2016. Left-arm orthodox spin or left-arm off spin, also known as slow left-arm orthodox spin bowling, is a type of spin bowling in cricket. Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja (born 6 December 1988) is an Indian cricketer who represents the national team currently in ODI and Test formats. Shivam Dube (born 25 June 1993) is an Indian international cricketer who plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket and the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL). 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup
The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, co-hosted by Cricket West Indies and USA Cricket from 1 to 29 June 2024. It was the first major ICC tournament to include matches played in the United States. The West Indies had previously hosted the 2010 competition. Off spin is a type of spin bowling in cricket. A bowler who uses this technique is called an off spinner. Off spinners bowl with their right-arm and a finger spin action. Moeen Munir Ali (born 18 June 1987) is an English cricketer, who was formerly vice-captain of England in limited overs cricket. He played for England cricket team between 2014 and 2024.
