The 2024 Catalonia Open was a professional women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the second edition of the tournament and part of the 2024 WTA 125 tournaments, offering a total of $115,000 in prize money. WTA 125K Series
WTA 125 tournaments are an international series of professional women's tennis tournaments organized by the Women's Tennis Association since 2012. Sometimes called the WTA Challenger tour (analogous to the men's ATP Challenger Series), 2015 it is the second highest level of women's competition, below the top-tier WTA Tour, and above the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour tournaments.
