2024 Bangladesh Challenge Cup
The 2024 Bangladesh Challenge Cup also known as Bangladesh 2.0 Challenge Cup was the inaugural edition of the Bangladesh Challenge Cup. It is an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Bangladesh Premier League and Federation Cup competitions. Bashundhara Kings won both league and cup as a result Federation Cup runners up Mohammedan SC are the opposition. The match of the cup was played on 22 November 2024. Bashundhara Kings is the current edition champions of the cup who beat Mohammedan SC by 3–1 goals on 22 November 2024. Venue The match of the Cup was played at these venue. 2023–24 Federation Cup (Bangladesh)
The 2023–24 Federation Cup (also known as '' ABG Bashundhara Federation Cup 2023–24'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 35th edition of the tournament, the main domestic annual top-tier club football competition in Bangladesh organized by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). Ten participants were participated in the tournament. It was played from 26 December 2023 to 22 May 2024. Bashundhara Kings is the defending champions having defeated Mohammedan SC by 2–1 goals in the final on 22 May 2024. Participating teams The following eleven teams will take part in the tournament. Alfaz Ahmed (; born: 6 June 1973) is a Bangladeshi football coach and former player who is currently the head coach of Mohammedan SC. He played for the Bangladesh national team from 1995 to 2008. Valeriu Tița (born 22 April 1966) is a Romanian professional football coach and former player. He is the current head coach of Bangladesh Premier League club Bashundhara Kings. He led Syrian club Al-Ittihad Aleppo to the AFC Cup title in 2010. Playing career Tița began his football career as a midfielder with hometown side FC Drobeta-Turnu Severin and Corvinul Hunedoara.
