2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup
The 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup is the 17th edition of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup (previously known as the AFC Futsal Championship), the biennial international futsal championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's national teams of Asia. A total of 16 teams compete in the tournament. The top four teams will qualify for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan besides Uzbekistan who automatically qualified as host. If Uzbekistan reach the semi-finals, a play-off round will be held to determine the last Asian representatives at the Futsal World Cup. Japan are the defending champion. 2022 AFC Futsal Asian Cup
The 2022 AFC Futsal Asian Cup is the 16th edition of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup (previously known as the AFC Futsal Championship), the biennial international futsal championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's national teams of Asia. A total of 16 teams compete in the tournament. Kuwait was appointed as hosts of the 2020 AFC Futsal Championship, after replacing the original hosts Turkmenistan. However, AFC announced the cancellation of the tournament on 25 January 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament was scheduled to be played in Kuwait from 16 to 27 February 2022. On 5 July 2021, the AFC announced that the tournament would be held between 27 September and 8 October 2022. Japan defeated defending champions Iran in the final to claim their fourth title. Indoor Stadium Huamark ( th, อินดอร์ สเตเดียม หัวหมาก, , ) is an indoor sporting arena, located in Bangkok, Thailand. The original capacity of the arena is 15,000 spectators and it was built in 1966 for the 5th Asian Games. After renovation for 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup, the capacity is reduced to 6,000 seats and expandable to 8,000 seats. 2014 AFC Futsal Championship
The 2014 AFC Futsal Championship was held in Vietnam from 30 April to 10 May 2014. 16 countries took part in the 13th edition of the tournament.
