2023–24 UAE Pro League
The 2023–24 UAE Pro League was the 49th edition of the UAE Pro League. Shabab Al Ahli Club, Shabab Al Ahli were the defending champions. Teams Team changes Promoted to the Pro League Hatta Club, Hatta secured promotion to the pro league after a decisive 3–2 victory over Al Rams Club, Al Rams. Hatta are returning after two seasons of absence. Emirates Club, Emirates would secure promotion on the second last matchday after winning 4–3 against Al Rams, coincidentally the same club Hatta beat. This will be Emirates 10th season in the Pro League. Relegated to the First Division Al Dhafra FC, Al Dhafra got relegated after losing to Ajman Club, Ajman 2–1. This marks the fourth time Al Dhafra got relegated in the top flight with the last time being in 2010–11 UAE Pro League, 2010–11 season. UAE Pro League
The UAE Pro League (), also known as the ADNOC Pro League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the highest level of the Emirati football league system. The first team to win the title was Al Orouba (Sharjah), whilst Al Ain has the record with 14 league titles to their name. Fourteen clubs compete in the league that operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the First Division League. The League was founded in 1973 as the UAE Football League. The first 1973–74 season was a "trial" championship but was declared official by the UAE FA in 2001. In February 2007, the Pro League Committee was formed, and became the organising body of the league. 2021–22 UAE Division One is the 45th Division one season. This seasons will expand the league from 11 to 15 teams due to the inclusion of UAE Second Division League teams who were recently promoted into the league. The Hazza bin Zayed Stadium () is a multi-purpose stadium, located in the city of Al-Ain, Abu Dhabi, the UAE. It is the home stadium of Al-Ain FC of the UAE Pro-League. Khor Fakkan Club (, formally known as Al Khaleej), usually known simply as Khor Fakkan, is an Emirati professional football club from Khor Fakkan. Al Wahda Football Club () is an Emirati professional football club based in Abu Dhabi, that competes in the UAE Pro League. The club was founded in 1974 and plays its home games at the Al Nahyan Stadium. The club's colours are maroon, navy blue and white.
