2023–24 Danish 3rd Division
The 2023–24 Danish 3rd Division is the 3rd season of the Danish 3rd Division since its establishment in 2021 as the new tier 4 in the Danish football league system. The season will start with a group of twelve teams. After 22 rounds the group will be split in a promotion group and a relegation group. The top two teams of the promotion group will be promoted to the 2024–25 Danish 2nd Division. The bottom three teams of the relegation group will be relegated to the 2024–25 Denmark series. Participants Frem finished the 2022–23 Danish 2nd Division in 11th place and were relegated to 3rd division. They replaced Middelfart G&BK and FA 2000 who were promoted to the 2023–24 Danish 2nd Division. Holbæk B&I, Vejgaard BK and Avarta were promoted from the 2022–23 Denmark Series. Danish 3rd Division
The 3rd Division ( da, Danmarksturneringens 3. division or Herre-DM 3. division) is the fourth tier of the Danish football league system since the 2021–22 season. It is a semi-professional association football league for men. It is organised by the Divisionsforeningen on behalf of the Danish Football Association (DBU) as part of the nationwide football competitions and is positioned between the third-tier 2nd Division and the fifth-tier Denmark Series in the league pyramid. Amager Boldklub Tårnby (; commonly known as AB Tårnby) is an association football club based in the town of Tårnby, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, that competes in the Danish 3rd Division, the fourth tier of the Danish football league system. Espelundens Idrætsanlæg
Espelundens Idrætsanlæg is an association football facility in Rødovre, Denmark. It is the home stadium of 2nd Division club Boldklubben Avarta and lower league side Islev Boldklub, who have their club house 100 m north of the stadium. The facility consists of the stadium, which has a capacity of 6,000 of which 460 are seated, the ground also includes a cafeteria, seven additional grass pitches, three gravel pitches, six mini pitches and a roller hockey rink. In January 2020 it was renamed Tømrermester Jim Jensens Park, after the naming rights were acquired by carpenter Jim Jensen, who renamed the stadium after himself. Rødovre
Rødovre is a town in eastern Denmark, seat of the Rødovre Municipality, in the Region Hovedstaden. The town's population 1 January 2019 was 39,907, and in addition 145 persons had no fixed address, which made up a total of 40,052 in the municipality as a whole. Vejlby Skovbakken Aarhus (; commonly known as VSK Aarhus) is a Danish football club based in Risskov, a neighbourhood in Aarhus.
