2023–24 Adran Premier
The 2023–24 Adran Premier season (also known as Genero Adran Premier for sponsorship reasons), is the third edition of the Adran Premier, the highest level of league competition for women's football in Wales, and the fifteenth season of top-flight women's football in Wales overall. The competition started on September 17, 2023. This season saw a rise in the number of matches broadcast on television, including a doubling of those shown on Welsh public channel S4C. As in the previous season, this season is split into two groups (top 4 and bottom 4) after the 14th game, and each group plays a double round robin to make 20 total games. Adran South
The Adran Leagues (for sponsorship reasons called the Genero Adran Leagues) is the senior women's football league in Wales. Founded in 2009 as the Welsh Women's League, it rebranded in 2021 as the Adran Leagues. It consist of three divisions – the top tier is the Adran Premier, and the second tier is split geographically into Adran North and Adran South conferences. The Adran Leagues runs an annual competition for all clubs, known as the Adran Trophy. League competition Adran Premier As of 2024, the Adran Premier consists of eight teams. Each year one is relegated and one is promoted from the second tier. The winners of Adran North and Adran South conferences have a playoff to determine who is promoted, if that team qualifies for a tier one license. The Rock, Rhosymedre
The Rock is a football stadium in Rhosymedre, Wales. It is currently the home stadium for Cymru North teams Cefn Druids A.F.C., Cefn Druids, as well as Wrexham AFC Women. In March 2009 planning permission was granted to demolish Cefn's old stadium, Plaskynaston Lane, and replace it with a Tesco supermarket. Delays to the beginning of construction put the project back by 12 months and the club moved into the new stadium in August 2010. Cefn Druids and Gresford Athletic F.C., Gresford Athletic announced in March 2023 that they had signed a multi-year agreement to groundshare at the stadium, effective immediately and during at least the 23/24 season. Park Hall Stadium is a football stadium to the north-east of Oswestry, Shropshire, England.
