The 2023 Transylvania Open was a women's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the third edition of the Transylvania Open, and part of the WTA 250 series of the 2023 WTA Tour. Greet Minnen (born 14 August 1997) is a Belgian tennis player. She has career-high WTA rankings of World No. 69 in singles, achieved on 18 October 2021, and World No. 50 in doubles, attained on 6 June 2022. Career Minnen made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the 2018 Luxembourg Open in the doubles draw, partnering Alison Van Uytvanck.
