The 2023 Stevenage Borough Council election took place on 4 May 2023 to elect members of Stevenage Borough Council in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. This was on the same day as other local elections across England. Thirteen of the 39 seats on the council were up for election. Labour retained its majority on the council. Stevenage ( ) is a large town and borough in Hertfordshire, England, about north of London. Stevenage is east of junctions 7 and 8 of the A1(M), between Letchworth Garden City to the north and Welwyn Garden City to the south. In 1946, Stevenage was designated the United Kingdom's first New Town under the New Towns Act.
