The 2023 NCAA Division I women's basketball championship game was the final game of the 2023 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament. It determined the national champion for the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's basketball season and was contested by the 2022–23 Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball team, Iowa Hawkeyes from the Big Ten Conference and the 2022–23 LSU Tigers women's basketball team, Louisiana State (LSU) Tigers from the Southeastern Conference.
