The 2023 Lisboa Belém Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the seventh (men) and third (women) editions of the tournament which were part of the 2023 ATP Challenger Tour and the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Lisbon, Portugal between 2 and 8 October 2023. It was Pedro Sousa last professional event before he retired. Henrique Rocha (born 6 April 2004) is a Portuguese professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 149, achieved on 9 June 2025 and a doubles ranking of No. 166, achieved on 9 September 2024. He is currently the No. 3 player from Portugal.
