Kateřina Siniaková defeated Marie Bouzková in the final, 1–6, 7–6(7–5), 7–6(7–4) to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Jiangxi Open. She saved three championship points en route to her fifth WTA Tour singles title. Rebecca Peterson was the reigning champion from when the event was last held in 2019, but did not participate this year. Kateřina Siniaková
Kateřina Siniaková (; born 10 May 1996) is a Czech professional tennis player. She is the current List of WTA number 1 ranked doubles tennis players, world No. 1 in doubles. She also has a best singles WTA rankings, ranking of No. 27 by the Women's Tennis Association, WTA, achieved in June 2024. Siniaková is a ten-time Grand Slam (tennis)#Tournaments, major champion in women's doubles. She won seven of her major titles in her Krejčíková–Siniaková doubles team, longtime partnership with compatriot Barbora Krejčíková, with whom she completed the Grand Slam (tennis)#Super Slam, career Super Slam. Arianne Hartono (born 21 April 1996) is a Dutch tennis player. On 8 April 2024, she reached her career-high singles WTA ranking of No. 135, and on 11 July 2022, she achieved No. 123 in doubles.
